In addition, your name will be attached to the lawsuit on the internet, which may reveal your gender identity or inhibit future job prospects. We do not provide explanations of the reasons for not taking a case. The usual reasons include that the case does not fit our parameters, or the firm has insufficient resources to handle the case. It is not a comment on you or the merits of your potential lawsuit.
